Rediscovering the tapes years later, Tim realized what a precious souvenir and historical document he had preserved. During this candid conversation, Gould unabashedly expresses his innermost feelings on topics such as recording vs. live musical performance, the concept of “The Idea of North,” and his perspectives on various composers and their works.
