Had a very meaningful conversation with Howard Glassman. Howard, commonly known as “Humble Howard”, is a national radio host, a veteran stand-up comic and host of the golf podcast “Swing Thoughts”. Had a cool conversation with putting specialist Preston Combs. Preston works with several players from the PGA, LIV and LPGA tour. We chat about what is the best type of putting stroke to learn, how to best practice putting and a common training being used. Preston was selected for the 2024 Golf Digest Best in State list, a recognition he has received since 2018. Had a brief chat with former PGA Tour player now turned golf coach Scott Gardiner. We talk about his journey to the PGA Tour and his golf swing. Scott has always had the admiration of other players for his quality ball-striking and simple looking swing. Scott played on the European Tour from 2001 to 2003. He played on the Nationwide Tour from 2003 to 2012, where he won the 2010 Chattanooga Classic. After the 2012 season, he graduated to the PGA Tour and made his Tour debut at the 2013 Sony Open in Hawaii. Gardiner is the first person of Aboriginal descent to earn a PGA Tour card. Dr. Lembke is the author of the book “Dopamine Nation” featured on the Andrew Huberman podcast and a professor at Stanford. Founder of the “The Golf Institute” in Australia, Brad Lamb has developed his coaching knowledge from an extensive playing career and also working with some of the best coaches in the world.
