A former member of cult Parisian free party underground collective, Heretik System, POPOF has since been brought to an international stage with countless tours and a now global fanbase. Its been 4 years since Chris started on his never-ending journey throughout melodic Deep Tech house in space, On a very short time-lapse he quickly climbed up and formed part of the top producers of Ecuador performing next to artists like Andre Salmon, Karate Bycicle and Rogg (The Maniac Crew). Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, at the age of 16 he traveled to south America with his family and ended up staying there, it wasn’t long till he started attending local shows of minimal tech which was the electronic scene during that time, after two years of going to festivals and listening to music from top artists like: Art Department, Hanfry Martinez, Anthony Collins, Davi, Patrice Baumel, David August, M.A.M, Nytron, Isaac Silva, Siopis, blakkat, Nuno Du santos, Stefano Ritteri, Silky, Re Dupre, Francesca Lombardo, James Teej, Juliche Hernandez… and the list could just keep on going, he got the necessary experience to begin his musical journey. At the age of 19 he met his next-door neighbor Andre Salmon and quickly started learning how Ableton worked, it didn’t take long before Andre and Chris started making music together, while Chris was in med school. After a while, he ended up quitting the career and just focused on music for the love of live.
