They answer questions on what some of their personal insecurities are, if being bullied has made them more aware of these insecurities or flaws, and how to help someone who may suffer from their own insecurities. Rinsley and Callie interviewed Janae Dunn regarding her own personal experience with not fitting in and feeling a bit misunderstood. Janae explained how her theater teacher reached out and showed her so much in life, but most importantly showed her how to be Janae. Janae turned to music and film to overcome her insecurities and even sang her very own song on this episode.

The truth is that many Special Needs Kids do understand enough to know when someone is treating them badly and it does have an effect. Rinsley and Callie, interview Patricia Jensen regarding her daughter Candace. In their interview they are able to get real insight on what a child with Special Needs goes through when others treat them badly or exclude them.

Let’s Be Healthy Super Girl! To start the show, Rinsley and Callie shared their Power Words from last week and their new Power Words for this week. After the Power Words, the girls opened up the topic of the show which was being and feeling healthy from the inside and out. Callie and Rinsley discussed healthy eating habits, sleeping habits, and the importance of exercising. These girls have some great tips on how to be healthy in all aspects of life! This week, we had on special guest Amy Cushing, who is a yoga instructor, active mother, and writer here in the valley! Amy talked with the girls about being healthy and what it meant to her to be healthy. They also discussed writing and how writing is important. Then the girls discussed workbook questions, questions from friends, and finally to end the show, they shared their Promise Cards with each other.

In this episode of The Super Girl Guide: The Radio Show, the topic was “You Matter.” To start the show, Callie and Rinsley shared their Power Words with each other and talked about how they are going to use their new Power Words in their everyday lives. After the Power Words, the girls had a discussion about the topic for this week and how important it is to love and appreciate yourself; no matter the circumstance, you can overcome. Along with self-worth, the girls also introduced suicide awareness. This week, we had on special guests LeAnn Hull and Katie Mesenbrink. LeAnn shared her very personal story about her son and talked about her organization she created in memory of her son called Andy’s Sunshine Foundation. LeAnn’s personal saying is “You Matter.” This week’s topic was very special and important, but also very emotional. Callie and Rinsley then discussed workbook questions, questions from friends and finally to end the show, they shared their Promise Cards.

Today's topic is putting an end to cyber bullying and the importance of online safety. Callie explained what cyber bullying was and how it affects many teens. She also talked about her experiences of cyber bullying and what to do in case it happens. She gave some great tips on cyber bullying and how to prevent it from happening. Callie shared her Power Words and how she used them in her life last week and how she is going to use her new Power Word next week. This week, Callie brought her guest, Brooke Stratton. Brooke talked about her experiences growing up and how she got into singing. She sang an original song on air. After her interview with Brooke, Callie and Libby discussed questions from the workbook. To end the show, Callie and Libby talked about some questions that Callie received from her friends and gave advice.
