This program consists of the reading of from magisterial reference texts including the Catechism of the Catholic Church and the Compendium of the Social Doctrine of the Church, followed by meditations offered by a bishop or priest to lead the listener in a deeper, prayerful reflection of the Truth found in the Catechism; the meditations are followed by minute-long silences to allow the Truth to sink deeply into the listener’s heart and facilitate healing contemplation.
