Description:
The Roy Rogers Show was a 30-minute Western radio program in the United States. It began in 1944 and ended in 1955. It was carried on more than 500 stations. The show featured stories of cowboys and cowgirls, with a taste of modern setting where there are cars, telephones, and electric lighting. However peculiar it may seem, the show made no attempt to explain the blend of 19th-century characters with 20th-century technology. GSMC Classics presents some of the greatest classic radio broadcasts, classic novels, dramas, comedies, mysteries, and theatrical presentations from a bygone era. The GSMC Classics collection is the embodiment of the best of the golden age of radio. Let Golden State Media Concepts take you on a ride through the classic age of radio, with this compiled collection of episodes from a wide variety of old programs. ***PLEASE NOTE*** GSMC Podcast Network presents these shows as historical content and have brought them to you unedited.
