Each summer -- as has been the case for more than a century -- acclaimed orchestral musicians gather at the lakeside village of Chautauqua, New York. They gather to make music together under the guidance of Music Director Uriel Segal and a host of other luminaries. Hosted by Ed. Simone, these 13 programs are drawn from Chautauqua’s summer concerts and are tailored specifically for radio.
