Japan Tour 2024 - Preview

In this episode of the podcast we’ll dive into Albion's pre-season tour of Japan, as the squad embarks on a journey to the Land of the Rising Sun. Glenn and Paul talk to Arashi Hagaki from The Tokyo Seagulls, and with his help they explore some of the tour details, from the fixtures, to the cultural experiences awaiting the team in Tokyo. It's not just a chance for the players to prepare for the upcoming season but also an opportunity to connect with our global fanbase and experience the rich culture of Japan. Brighton’s first match takes place on the 24th July against Kashima Antlers, who have won the domestic title on eight occasions. Four days later, on the 28th July, the team plays Tokyo Verdy, who won promotion back to the J.1 League last season.
